When we are ready to begin work, head over to our help portal Freshdesk to submit a ticket. This will officially put your project in our queue so it can be assigned to a QA Designer. Content Quality Assurance (CQA) is a specialized team that offers content services including copy editing and proofreading manuscripts prior to translation or design for new products; and proofing content by doing a comparison of the manuscript against the final art files.
CQA includes three services that are completed in this order:
