What it is: Conduct cultural research from a visual perspective providing insight on art trends in the region; regional vendors and contributors; helpful information about language and fonts; and relevant information on the target demographic to aid in design.

What it is: Collaborate in guiding the visual direction and design of a project to ensure it is appealing to the target audience and meets quality standards. Can include branding consultation and feedback.

What it is: Graphic design services to create original designs, layouts, and visuals. Collaborate with project stakeholders to bring the vision to life.
What we provide: Products, reports, slide decks, downloadables, etc.
What it is: Create images for a project and, if requested, leverage AI platforms to generate original art for use in the project.

What it is: A comprehensive summary about the visual preferences of the target audience that can be used as a reference to inform the visual direction of a project.

What it is: Collaborate in defining the questions and discovering the answers that will inform and direct a target-audience-driven visual design.
What we provide: Art style samples and questions
What it is: Create visual references guided by the project manager and workgroup members to explore and communicate the potential look and feel of the art direction.
What we provide: A set of moodboards (multiple boards if distinct styles or directions are being considered).
What it is: Communicate the art decisions and outcomes of the visual design and showcasing a sample of the final product.

What it is: Collaborate with the project manager and the visual design workgroup in ideating visuals and page layouts. Provide insights and ideas for how to convey the message visually and powerfully for the target audience.
What we provide: Guided art direction plan
What it is: Assist the project manager in gathering a workgroup to guide the visual phase of the project. Help identify the “seats” needed and provide recommendations for voices to speak into the design process.
What we provide: Planning sessions and collaboration meetings
What it is: Assist the project manager in thinking through goals for design sessions, establishing outcomes, and crafting an agenda. Suggest engaging activities if requested and support project manager in planning and facilitating them.

What it is: Assist the project manager in locating skilled vendors for a project, reviewing portfolios, and assisting with communication if requested. Assist with preparing onboarding resources and be available to the project manager for support.
Review design and images for composition, historical accuracy, target audience relevance, and production quality.

What it is: Assist the project manager through the QAD process, providing support to ensure the project is excellent for the intended audience and meets the highest quality standards.
What we provide: Collaboration meetings
What it is: Assist the project manager in planning for print requirements from the beginning of the project and utilizing regional relationships with printers to ensure an optimal final product to support the design.
What we provide: Liaison with printers and T&O
What it is: Copyedit manuscripts to identify and correct any issues with the overall structure and readability of the text and ensure the style is consistent with OneHope's standards. Proofread final manuscript prior to layout with a meticulous review for any lingering or new errors with punctuation, spelling, grammar, or style inconsistencies. Provide a final check to ensure the manuscript and design files match.

What it is: Review files for proper setup to ensure excellent quality print or digital production. Scout out basic construction issues in art files, provide feedback, and ensure optimal file setup for future translations.

What it is: Review digital products, websites, and apps for accurate functionality and error-free text. Quality check links, downloads, buttons, pages, and site navigation to ensure a smooth user experience.

We know by the time you get here, your project may already be well underway.
